In 2009 the Board of Directors of the Amarillo Area Foundation approved a $5 million expansion goal to include Tascosa High School in the ACE program.  This program is available to students who complete the 5th grade at Bivins, San Jacinto and Margaret Wills schools and matriculate to Tascosa High School.  These schools were selected due to the high number of students on the free and reduced lunch program.  The first eligible class entered Tascosa in August 2012 with graduation in 2016.

Over $4 million of the $5 million endowment fund goal for Tascosa has been raised in cash and pledges. Robin Weir and Allen Durrett, ACE founding donors, serve as Honorary Co-Chairs for the campaign.
